Horrible customer service. I was also with my African American boyfriend, and I didn't get greeted I did not get a smile, he got angry when I didn't order quick enough, all his other customers he smiled and greeted them..
The parking lot was nice and well lit. The location was convenient as well.
Screwed up my order and wouldn't fix it and shut the drive thru window on me
I want to give a HUGE shout out to Culvers for a couple reasons. As most know, going out for the Brandt's is like a tornado going through 1. The lady taking our order was very patient and efficient ( one with ketchup no pickles, one just pickles and so on) 2. Josie was insistent on putting a lid on her cup that didn't fit, spilled every where and another young lady was there, very sweet, helping Jo clean up and 3.
