ordered a Carmel cashew Sunday and the topping was nothing but powder from the bottom of the container that had cashews in it. It was the saltest dessert I've ever had. plus no cherries were added. The girl had no clue what she was doing.

Worst customer service ever!! The lady supervisor on nights needs to loose her job. We called to make an order and when we asked to pay over the phone she snaps we don’t take payments over the phone then HANGS UP ON US. So we call back and say yes we just called and got hung up on and they say uh huh uh huh and I ask is this how you do your business over there and the employee responds why yes it is . Lol well plenty of places to spend my money and that Culver’s in Plymouth will never be one of them again .
Food was not fresh. Stay away from the mashed potatoes. Charge me for what I ordered just to get home and find I am missing several items. Chicken tenders we got were old and burnt fries were not hot as well. Ordered sweet tea which was not sweet at. If you can I know the one in maple grove has good quality that we offer visit when we are out and about. Choose to go somewhere closer this time and paid for it in more ways than one. I ordered 2-8 pieces of chicken tenders with a buy-one-get-one-free coupon. But I was charged for 2-4 pieces and 1-8 piece. When asked for an explanation, they did not apologize to me or try to made things right for the customer. One solution offered was to throw my food away!
We pick up Culvers 4-5 times a year and generally are very pleased BUT we had horrible food last week. Luke warm burgers and fries that seemed like they were hours old. So disappointing. We threw it away.
Worst service .. Wasn't greeted, all the customers behind and in front of us were greeted . When you see racism to this extreme it's very heartbreaking... Handed us a cone that was melting all over the place.
