It’s not that difficult to make sure an order is correct. We don’t eat out much and unfortunately this is the main reason. Tried to get a quick meal for the family and my burger was completely incorrect. Disappointing.
We love your ice cream! But your burgers are so thin, and the fish is very greasy with too thick of a bun, but the staff is always friendly, and the service is always good!
Got a flavor of the day, raspberry cheesecake and there was a paper clip in it, I worked in fast food as a manager for 6 years so I dont complain unless it's a big deal, and to me this was a big deal. Talked to a manager named Adam who could only stated that his paper clips where in the office and that he could put my name on a list for a free sundae; no apology.
The Apple valley Culver's always has friendly employees who seem to enjoy what they do! The restaurant is always very clean & the food is amazing!!! Hands down my favorite spot to grab food � the owner is also a very nice guy! Super friendly!
The food was good, but the service was very poor. Two different young men that were working were very rude to us. The first barked at us for sitting on the patio and not telling us. He said we should have informed him when we ordered our food. We hadn't eaten there in over a year, so didn't know we were supposed to. Then they accidentally gave us the wrong sauce, I went to exchange it for the right one (which was shown on the receipt) and was told that wasn't the standard sauce that it came with.
