The folks at the Savage, MN store are retarded. Tonight they have messed up my order twice.
not one time have I ever had fresh lettuce. not once. the store is within walking distance of my house, literally two blocks no way to my let us go from fresh to rotten in blocks. and the time before this evening when I had to pull ahead in the Drive-Thru, and was brought my food and change it wasn't handed to me, it was thrown at me, through the window. your store should be shut down. or people should be fired, but who even knows if they read these reviews. you suck. stopped in with my son. Talked to 3 people behind the counter until I felt someone understood the Allergy alert/Gluten Free. I asked for GF lettuce wrapped burger and fries. When food was delivered, regular cheeseburger with fries resting on the burger and a side container of shredded lettuce. She then offered to take my burger to the kitchen and "take the burger off the bun" for me. staff is clearly not trained in GF.
Great experience! Friendly courteous staff, fast efficient service and delicious food!
Bad service. Spoke to manager, she didn't follow thru on what she said she would do either. Won't go back. Love the Culver's in Lakeville and AppleValley so will just go to one of them from now on.
