Stopped at Shakopee culvers on the way home from Duluth. VERY BUSY! however, the clerk that took our order was extremely friendly and our wait time was less than I had expected. Food is always good at Culver's. How you make the customer feel is what is important. Shakopee culvers scored!!

What fantastic customer service! I accidentally received someone else's order yesterday and was unable to turn around and have it fixed right away. Reuben not only refunded my purchase, but told me to come back for a free meal. Not only did he remember exactly what I ordered, down to the specifics of no pickle or tomato, but he also gave me a card for a future visit. I am absolutely floored at the level of outstanding customer service here.

I come to this Culver's all the time and each time the service is great and the food is delicious. On Mother's Day they even handed out roses to moms and treated us with a free sundae. Exceptional restaurant. ❤️
