Customer service is great! Owner works the counter, is pleasant with his staff, and goes around to all the customers. Every time I have been here, I am never disappointed.
If you want fast food there are plenty of options in Cambridge, however, if you want to talk with the most polite staff who always greet you with a smile and have manners that you don’t find in society today, this is the place to go!
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich got a fried chicken sandwich instead.
It's usually pretty good, but lately not so good. Today I got a waffle cone of the flavor of the day, which was caramel cookie dough crunch. I received a small scoop, not even filling half the cone, five small cookie dough balls on top, no caramel, and no crunch, whatever that was supposed to be. Basically I got a half scoop of vanilla custard. The picture at the drive through board looked COMPLETELY different. I'm very disappointed. Guess I should have gone to Dairy Queen.
Always impressed with the excellent customer service...but last week I was blessed so greatly. This girl seriously needed a concrete mixer to drown some sorrows...pulled into the drive through right when the lights shut off...the weight of the day just got heavier....THEN, by the grace of God, the lights came on and the voice of an angel over the intercom and asked if she could make me something quick. Cleanest Culvers I've ever been to, and friendliest staff! Only thing I'd ask for is hooks inside the women's stalls in the restroom so I didn't have to set my purse on the floor.
I don't go to Culver's very often but when I do I usually get good service. Tonight my hubby and I went in there and the younger guy (I didn't get his name, usually I peek at the name tag) that was working the register was awesome. Made small talk with us while deciding what to order. Joked around with us. Everyone was friendly tonight but he really made my night.
