I was interrupted several times while placing my order. Gave up and left. Employees need customer service training. Very rude!
took 17 minutes in the drive thru for 1 small order of cheese curds, finally the guy brings out a tray with my curds on it with NO BAG... AS I pulled around to the front and went inside I watched the manager Kassie picking my curds up off the counter with bare hands tried to hand me them. at that point I asked for my money back and she asked me to explain WHY I WANTED IT BACK... I no longer will be going here. sad day because I love the food. what a joke.
Tonight we brought our family to Culver's in Troy. When we got to the Window the giggly, smiling girls at the window said that the car in front of us paid for our meal, as they were just paying it forward since the vehicle in front bought hers. We were caught completely off guard, but the act of kindness was just beautiful! We made car number 4 in a row to pay for the car behind them to “pay it forward” for the car behind ours too. great food and service open with social distancing
Disappointment in a box is the best way to describe their food. The ONLY thing on the menu that is any good is the salads. Everything else on the menu tastes like bad cafeteria food from a school in the ghetto. You are also lucky if they get your order even partially right. Most of the time, half of it is not what you ordered, but then you realize since it all tastes like disappointment anyway, it doesn't matter, so you go in your corner of shame and eat you overpriced cafeteria food and contemplate suicide.
