waited for 30 mins in vehicle for food price for Buffalo chicken tenders for the portion was ridiculous!!! wife did not get proper condiments asked for!! for a new place I qould not eat there again!

Terrible experience tonight. We ordered frozen custard and after waiting for 30 minutes we asked for a refund. Due to the fact that I was so upset by this time I didn’t realize that the manager had short changed us. I understand that most places are short handed right but you still need to keep up good customer service! Needless to say we won’t be going back anytime soon!
Tonight i when i got to culver’s there was a line, and Tyler was out there helping make sure they were in the right line, which was awesome! He took my order at the shed they have set up as a second drive through, and Tyler was wonderful! He was so genuine, and patient when i wasn’t sure what to order for myself! On top of everything when my food was brought out, i regretfully forgot to get the second guys name but he was just as friendly! Wonderful experience!
Not sure where to start so we’ll just make a list One night after a long night I stopped here for 2 orders of pretzel bites, which were not only missing cheese but they were rock hard & dry. I would just like to commend your staff for their dedication to keep Culver’s safe for diners. I noticed how the booths and chairs got disinfected after every use. Please keep it up. The other Culver’s close to us wasn’t this conscientious. It’s a reason we’ll go back to this location. Plus, the food is always consistently good. Thank you!
Finally decided to give this place a try today. I had the 3-pc Fish Dinner for 12 bucks and change (near 13 with tax). I feel I wasted my money. The gentleman who took the order was friendly, as were the other staff behind the counter that I interacted with. I have no complaints on the service. However, the food, unfortunately, was hugely disappointing. The fish tasted OK, but it was rubbery and chewy and the batter coating was soggy and greasy.
