I drove through Culver's today and ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger with Mayo. They put mustard on it. when I said they made a mistake, the assistant manager Shakaib came out brought my replacement burger and told me "I complain every time I am there and to take my business else where" I have not been to that location in 6 months since I moved out of town. Burgers are very thin and too salty never eating here again
Usually decent service, but they are behind the times...this location does not support online ordering, which I think would greatly speed up the drive through.
Big shout out for u guys taking 3 separate orders happily through drive-thru And everything all so organized!!! Not a single mistake!!!
Great burgers and custard. If you end up going, be sure to get the cheese curds as a side—best part of the meal by far.

Food was very good tonight
During Covid, this is the Only nearby Culver’s that doesn’t offer curbside pickup. The drive through wait is rarely less than 25min with the line nearing the street at all times. Order ahead and drive up to Layton.
