Your Dining Attendant/ Crew person named Nathaniel was Super Friendly. Our salad should have had crispy chicken but had grilled chicken instead. He was very apologetic for the mix up. I am Not from this State but when I asked him about the type of people and the area and some of the local and city attractions he was very insightful and informative. ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, had 3 slivers of mushrooms. not worth getting food there again. bf ordered double burger with cheese and mustard.. and it only came with the cheese.. spent over $18 to have it come out wrong.
I don't mind waiting a little extra for better quality food, and Culver's is better quality food, the issue is having to make multiple trips just to get the food I ordered. This is not an exaggeration, every single time I order from Columbus Culvers they mess up my order. For example, I order Buffalo chicken tenders but get regular. So not only do I have to wait 20 minutes for my order but an additional 20 minutes for them to v fix it! Samuel noticed we were waiting in line for a bit, he went above and beyond and asked what we ordered and ensured me he would get it out right away! We were just hanging out and not even in a hurry. Good job kid!! plus gave us coupons for free dessert!
Made to order fresh sandwiches and dinners with a great Midwestern taste!
Ask for a new ice cream because the one that they gave me was melted!! They took it back and then gave me one that was even more melted..... probably the same one!!! Ugh!!! No more Culver’s in FD for me!!
