We absolutely love Culver’s, except for our experience on Saturday July 11th! Went through drive through at dinner time was parked for 15 minutes which wasn’t a problem! We understand busy times! Got home to realize we were missing a sandwich! Called and they told me to come back in! I went inside gave them my receipt the proceeded to tell the kitchen to make the sandwich I waited an additional 10 minutes and still nothing had to ask how much longer it would be! Great Strawberry Fields Salad!
I visited this location about a week ago, ordered a concrete mixer and unfortunately found a hair wound into my ice cream (gross but I understand it can happen). I returned to the location, showed them the hair, and was frustrated by the response, or lack there of. The employee offered no apology, did not offer to get a manager, refund me, etc she just said “I can remake it”. I wrote into the corporate customer service line and received no response - overall disappointed in my experience.

spent almost 10.00 for a fish sandwich basket. and the bun is much larger then fish. very disappointed.
Stopped there this past weekend, it was almost 9:00pm but still a third full inside eating and drive thru jamming. We have stopped here a few times since it opened, to mixed reviews. I have to say that was the BEST burger I have had in quite a while from anywhere!
Awesome service and awesome food. Love the frozen custard.
