First timer and was not disappointed! Was deliciously satisfied with no room left for dessert! Will return for that !!!
We drive 45m just to get Culvers. I love that the store is always clean and the staff is friendly. We really need one in Northern Utah.

went there tonight and ordered 2 double scoop, 1 sing scoop custards as well as 2 large fries. took 25 minutes to get us that. I had to ask if they went to a farm to get milk to make custard. Not happy and most likely won't be back.
The food is good, but every time I come here they repeatedly screw up our ice cream order. This time we asked for a banana split with chocolate ice cream and they made it with vanilla. When I returned it, they re-made it but forgot the banana. You guys seem to waste a lot of ice cream.
Worst customer service. Waited over 10 mins for a scoop of ice cream. They give you a number and bring you your items. Girl walked by us twice. My son went to the counter and was ignored by employees. Restaurant opens at 1100. We arrived at 1115. Condiments were not ready for the day. Drink station sticky everywhere, dirty tables and floors. Tiled areas as sticky as a movie theater floor. We have been in culvers all over Wisconsin and Minnesota. This was the worst experience ever. Never will go to this location again.
Not only do they have good food and excellent service, but are community-minded. Thanks to Culver's for donating tokens for free ice cream for each of our free concerts in the Midvale City Park for every Friday in June and July. We appreciate their generosity! from the Midvale Arts Council Inc
We thought we would try Culvers for a change. Probably the fourth time we have been there. Each time, we tell ourselves not to go back, because of the poor service and screwed up orders....happened again. This time I am reporting them to the better business bureau. There has to be a reason that so many orders come out without all that you order. I mean, they know you have paid for the item, but just don't give it to you...makes them money I guess.
