No online ordering at this location or others. No roast beef (that's what the birthday girl wanted). If it's on the picture it should be standard on the burger. Whoever heard of having to specify each thing you want ON the burger. If you don't say, it comes plain??Everywhere else if you don't want it you ask them to hold it. RecommendedI would recommend but not all of their staff are wearing masks. the girl that delivered to my car was not wearing a mask. it makes me so angry.
My sourdough patty melt was schlepped together with the patty half off the sandwich. The problem was the cheese had melted to the other side of bread which was folded up squished. There were very few onions, and it was a mess. it had real potential but it was poorly executed. Add to that, the lemonade was very watery, no ice so it wasn't that. They didn't even bother to put condiments requested in the bag. My husband's chicken was ok, but overall my 20.00 was not well spent The ice cream was good.
Culvers is great but this location needs some retraining, service was terrible wait was long. food was still good, but they need some help!
Good Burgers and friendly staff
I absolutely love the food here. However, I’ve been 3x now and all three times my order has been wrong. I am not one to complain but it is frustrating when you pay for a service and receive it wrong all 3 times.
Danny and Winter are the best. We are weekly regulars and will always come back. They are professional, attentive to customers needs, greet customers as they walk in. Alex makes best tasting all fruit in vanilla concrete fruit cocktail mixer. Jordan and Liz
