Just went through the drive-through and watched as the cashier (Dani) repeatedly reached down her pants all the way up to her elbow & scratched her thigh? Crotch? Hard to tell, but she was really going after it. Told her coworker who delivered our food, who didn’t make any response except to shrug. Called the manager to ask that he speak with her, he clearly couldn’t care less either. Customer service and hygienic practices are not available here, apparently.

Maybe serve straws with your concretes since they come half melted. Definitely would not be able to serve them upside down like DQ can.
I waited 15 minutes for my order, a cheeseburger and fries. I inquired about my order and they took it again, waited another 10 minutes.
