I drove through Culver's today and ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger with Mayo. They put mustard on it. when I said they made a mistake, the assistant manager Shakaib came out brought my replacement burger and told me "I complain every time I am there and to take my business else where" I have not been to that location in 6 months since I moved out of town. Recommendedit was extremely nice to be greeted with a friendly attitude and good customer service. the food was hot and fresh as well. we have been keeping track and this is the first time in the last ten outings to restaurants that we didn't feel like the employees felt like we were a nuisance rather than a valued guest. the only suggestion I would give is that since your dining room is closed, on a multiple meal order, it would have been nice to have each meal in a separate bag since we were eating in the car. thanks for the great ex... read more
They are very rude. Don’t work here!
Very rude and disrespectful management. Do not recommend eating here or applying for a job here. Shakaib specifically is very very disrespectful, not only to employees, but also to customers. Multiple employees here have had complaints about poor hygiene and violence as well.

Culver's has been great during the pandemic. They seem to be following all of the guidelines, their service is still fast and quality is great. Plus they do it all Witt a smile. I can tell they employ a lot of younger kids as well, which to me is even more inspiring. They certainly seem to be under great management and we will continue to frequent them as much as possible!
Good fast food! Fast and fresh . Cheese curds ad mushroom Swiss way to go!
I want to brag on the Wabash store. I called because I was not sure if they were taking phone orders and they were . They took my order asked me how long or when will I be ready I said 10 minutes and they were out there within 10 minutes with my food hot and fresh. There had to be 15 cars in the line for the drive-through and they still got me my food that quick. Times are hard and I don’t know if it’s against their policy but I tipped the guy who brought me my food. Awesome people!
