We like Culver's. It's probably our favorite fast food restaurant. Today we decided to try the fish which we haven't ever done before and it was absolutely delicious. Moist and juicy and crispy all at the same time. The highlight of our visit today was our order taker, Brody! He anticipated our needs, took our order efficiently, delivered exactly the right thing, as we requested, and all with a smile. He went above and beyond for us and we are grateful.
Great place to eat and even better staff!
Edited to add: Second trip to Culvers, and I'm much less impressed. Ordered curbside pickup. Got there a couple minutes after estimated time it would be ready, let them know on their app, and waited. After ten minutes, food was promptly delivered to someone who pulled up a minute or two before. I stopped the person who brought theirs out, said I'd been there long before they had.
