I called ahead once I realized half my order was missing. The manager herself confirmed it was okay for me to come back for the chicken sandwich . Once I got there the manager told me they could only remake what was in the bag since it was an Uber order. Therefore I had to beg for my chicken sandwich to be made . Despite calling ahead and explaining my uber driver didn’t speak English and couldn’t come back for the order . This Culvers has increased their prices not once, but twice from January 2026 - end of February 2026. I have never seen a fast food restaurant increase their prices multiple times within 45-60 days. Still cheaper than the culvers in Ruskin but mine as well enjoy a sit down meal at regular restaurant for the new prices.
