Had a good experience at my visit with good customer service, order was correct ,the food was hot and correct. I do love my Culver's!
First time in the Muncie store. Ordered the crispy chicken to try out and a milkshake. Got home and the milkshake was good. The sandwich looked great nice piece of chicken thick. But instead of crispy they gave me the spicy chicken and one bit way to spicy for me to eat and had to throw away. Probably they just grabbed the wrong sandwich but living in the Southside and not a great experience.
