New crew ain't doing it for me. I can't imagine what could possibly be behind a decision to gut a well performing store and start over. These people don't have the same relationships, they don't have the same urgency in preparation, they don't have the same care for making things right.... etc etc etc. Hey corporate! You blew it on this one. Step back and punt before more of us take our business elsewhere
