I had a very disturbing experience at this Culver’s on Veterans Parkway in Indiana. While using the restroom, I observed an employee leave a bathroom stall, put his apron back on, and walk directly out of the restroom without washing his hands. After I finished washing my own hands and left the restroom, I saw the same employee behind the counter in the food preparation and serving area.
