You know I used to like going here but all they do is f..k up my orders. Seems like every time I go there at night it's like they don't give a rat's ass about weather or not your order is right. Just sick of this bullshit You guys just lost a customer.
Very disappointed to find out that the chicken dinner was removed from the menu. Traveled a little over 100 specifically to have it for Sunday dinner yesterday. :-(
The food was greasy and cold. We have eaten at Culvers down state and loved it.
Love culvers, hate this one......burger was not cooked ( medium). Fries were cold.
Excellent customer service! Great food, well worth the price!
