First time eating at Culver's... certainly not the last. It was awesome and the staff was extremely nice.
The flavor of the day was great--loved the coconut.
It was ok. Menu was a bit confusing. I feel our cashier could have explained things better after I told him we had never been before. But the food was good.
Disappointed, there was one mushroom on my mushroom Swiss burger.
The food was delicious, as usual. The only issue was the crew leader, I believe his name was Todd. While taking our order, he was being very rude to other employees. It made us very uncomfortable and I felt bad for the employees he was being condescending and degrading to. If an employee needs to be spoken to, the time and place should NOT be while the crew leader is taking customers orders and in front of a busy restaurant.
