My review is for the Walnut Creek location: My experience with this pain management clinic was extremely disappointing. From my very first visit, I was concerned about the level of care. I asked to use the restroom, and after being directed there by the receptionist, I found urine still in the toilet and on the seat. It was unsanitary, dirty, and not what I would expect from a medical office. I continued my care here, including an in-person evaluation, a nerve conduction study, and scheduling a pain injection.
