No customer care! – Made an appointment for an inspection/estimate because I know I need roof repair. They cancelled my appointment 2 hours before they were to arrive, told me they would call back to reschedule and I've never heard from them since. I guess they have enough business and don't need mine. I would never recommend them. It only stands to reason that such disregard for the client will follow through in the way they do everything else - If I could have given less than one star, I would have!
