Kevin and Rhys came out, they were fantastic. Kevin was very informative and walked me through the process and what to expect. Rhys didn't find any bugs to speak of, and Kevin explained things to keep an eye out for. Fantastic experience, and highly recommended. I have piece of mind and was very satisfied with my experience.
After my review, i was contacted about a refund for the $50 consultation fee we paid, which i appreciate. they appear to have sent the emails and provided a screenshot to prove it, but somehow we never received them.. since they gave us a refund, i guess we can't really complain. the owner josh was very prompt in responding to my reviews. sorry for my part in the miscommunication.
