This is a high-pressure sales outfit. They tried to clip me for a "diagnostic fee" on a warranty repair. I avoid even driving past this place unless I have to, and when I do, I keep one hand on my billfold.
Minutes after getting ********************** the tire pressure alarm came on. Turns out that the technician overinflated them by clear miles (upper 30s psi) while putting the normal pressure on the report (33 psi). I lost all the trust.
Great customer service..I know they did their best to get me a great deal on the car that I purchased..
On my 3rd car from this location. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Location is clean and welcoming. Will be back!

Went in for tire rotation I pre paid for gave me a hard time after asking them to please take care of my rims, I marked tires and sure enough they did not rotate tires but stated verbally and thru invoice they completed it, also left oil dripping from every panel,fender hood and doors intentionally, big hand prints in oil all over the vehicle, no manager was in when I went to pick up vehicle and have called several times with no luck of getting in to... read more
Friendly staff and timely efficient. We always get our cars back better then we drop them off. Clean with no smoke scent.
