Went in for smell of antifreeze and tire alignment. New radiator cap installed and flushed. After getting home, still strong smell of antifreeze. Called me stating they could not do alignment as front axle bent. Gave me quote of $6900 to replace entire axle. Vehicle never in wreck or taken off road. I took to another place and part was replaced for $700. You go to dealership because you want it fixed right and this service department is the worst I have ever seen. O dropped my car on Thursday, they said they would not even look at it for 3-5 days. This was a scheduled visit. Why do they need to hold my car for 3-5 days? I need my car. This is a bad system that is a huge inconvieniance to the customer and does not advantage **********************. Bad idea. I am so disappointed

I bought a vehicle my credit and my son's credit was run over six times for no reason. We were told to use their electronic contract to sign with the sales person telling us where to sign. I asked if the contract was standard they said yes but he was adding items that I was not aware of nor did I request. Nor did he offer the price which turned out to be $3,085.00 which was added to the original price. I purchased my car from LB Honda and had multiple issues with the car the following week. After a week in the service department I was told everything was fixed and I could come get my car. I made the drive to get the car and to my disappointment, not only was the rattle still there, but my car had noticeable damage to the front bumper that was not there previously. Bought a 2008 **** from Ken garff ****. Two days after bringing it home: The INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER CONTROL was broken, Ignition coils/spark plugs rusted and misfiring. A/C compressor went out.Starter is going out and the Carfax says speedometer fraud. Company says as is and wont do anything. Worst place ever.

I don't usually come to leave a review here, but I feel like this is needed. We bought a Pacifica earlier this year, February. There's just so much that I hope to cover everything. Our buying experience seemed great, ***** was super friendly and helpful. I wasn't fully ready to make up my mind but was told by the main manager that they would have to run my credit again and with a hard pull I didn't want this to affect my credit score.
