Careful…This place will say you can return an item within a certain number of days but in small print You only get store credit. Its how they trick ppl to make money. lies. Bad vibes. The ppl who work there are nice…They just shouldn't do that to people.
Came in on Thursday to get a new belly button piercing. Becky and Adrian were amazing and made the whole experience fantastic!! I only get my piercings from here because of their great service !!

I am giving 2 stars for hygienic reasons. I think staff should wear disposable gloves with handling jewellery especially jewelleries (Monroe ) going in the mouth. It is gross to see staff with long dirty fingernails trying to match the post and the correct jewel. Not sure when they last washed their hands. I know we can sterilize the jewelry at home before wearing it but the visual is still disgusting. Please wear disposable gloves so the post and the jewelry is not coming in contact with those long fingernails.
