Love this place! One of the few places in Victoria to get really cute plus size clothing. Good range of styles and love the staff. Mackenzie and Becky helped me out a lot with fitting and finding clothes that suit my size and style. Super comfy and welcoming place for plus size and queer people
Fantastic online customer service! I made an online order, but Canada Post unfortunately lost the package. When I emailed Culture Craze’s warehouse, Mandy helped me right away, handling the claim through Canada Post and shipping out a new order for me. I had my replacement within a couple days and they were super responsive and kept me updated. The jewelry I ordered was gorgeous and great quality too.
Careful…This place will say you can return an item within a certain number of days but in small print You only get store credit. Its how they trick ppl to make money. lies. Bad vibes. The ppl who work there are nice…They just shouldn't do that to people.
