I bought a 2018 Winnebago Drop in the summer of 2017. I have brought the camper in twice for minor issues that were covered under the warranty, and to have my camper winterized and dewinterized. Both times, the repairs were made in half the expected time and I have experienced excellent customer service on both occasions.
We bought our Imagine RV from them last year and although we love the product we have run into several problems with this business since the beginning. We were never told about a military discount and they provided us with the wrong hitch-ball size, both of these problems were resolved but after our insistence. We just purchased our Grand Design Solitude 375res from Cullum and Maxey, and could not have had a more flawless experience! This is our first time buying an RV. This is our 4th camper/5th wheel. We bought the others from Camping World, which we thought would provide the greatest inventory and best service nationwide.
