the first time I brought my 5th wheel in everyone seemed very nice they worked with me to get all the paperwork I needed to summit for my warranty, this was for our water pump that was leaking and ruined the underbelly . A few weeks later we noticed the water pump leaking again and some of the gauges for the tanks were not working. Day 86 since I bought RV on April 6... still don't have everything finalized... they collected $6,065.22 in sales tax... the records I have back from my state Dept of Revenue state that $4,788.92 was used... (I had to contact the DMV to clear up Suspended Title, because they messed up) they owe me $1,276.30 in refund... Will NOT answer phone, tried over 11 Times today, July 2...

Ray Cox is awesome. Very patient and willing to show us different models and explained all the pros and cons of each one - even though we told him we were still in the very beginning stage of deciding if we even wanted an RV. Don't waste your time on the other two dealerships - they are a joke!!

Hey guys be very aware of what you buy and the sales tactics used to close the deal. We just bought a travel trailer and has multiple issues. I.e Hot water heater not working, toilets leaking bathroom sink leaking. And on top of that my $500 deposit on my credit card to hold the unit was applied. When we were told it would be refunded. When I reached out to my sales person about the issues he was like sorry and that’s it.

Wow, I have never had a salesman so extremely rude and uninterested in selling something. I can’t even remember his name, but he was so condescending and treated us like we were trash. We were ready to buy a camper today, but we wouldn’t buy a toilet plunger from them. The lady who actually showed us the camper was however very nice. Wish I could remember the names, but I was just in shock as to how we were treated. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

Way too over priced but the sales man was super nice. Went in on a Monday and was about to buy an RV they had listed at $19 on Saturday (information given to us by the salesman) but they raised the price back up to $23. Willing to pay the $19 in cash same day, the GM refused to drop the price back to what it was two days earlier. When we went to leave, the GM followed my MOTHER to our car begging HER and asking what he could do for HER to buy from him. First, of all she was not the one buying it, I was. Was very interested in a pull behind R-pod. Was approved through USAA for more than enough for this unit. However, they are trying to sell it for 2400 more than it is worth. 8800 vs 6400. I was bummed a stealership would try to do this and during the whole process felt a sarcastic tone towards me and my family(I have two children under 10). This is the first RV we have bought. The people was great. James walked us through everything before we left and we was even able to call him to ask follow up questions. The service department was wonderful.
