Very pleased with 2017 Grand Design Imagine at Cullum and Maxey. The staff is awesome. Been very friendly every visit, whether it's the service dept or sales dept! Jay Jessup helped us with our purchase. He has been a complete GEM! Even answered our calls on his personal number and walked us through questions on our first trip. I feel like we have made a friend that will help us, after the sale. I highly recommend Jay and the rest of the team at Cullum & Maxey.

We just went to Cullen & Maxey to look around and met Jay Jessie I let him know what I was looking and he pointed out the Cougar pull camper as he returned we discussed price, I made the offer and was excepted. I picked up several day later after they completely checked it out found that the air conditioner was not cooling at 100% and was replaced at no additional charge. Great experience and will be back for the up grade unit. Thanks Jay

Went in to the service department yesterday afternoon with a broken roof vent lid where my awning had blown over in high wind, both awning and lid needed repair. It was going to rain. They were slammed from upcoming Memorial Day weekend. I had previously been to their competitor next door and they couldn't or wouldn't help me till June 8. I even asked their competitor for the lid and I would put it on because of pending rain. Just bought a Damon challenger from Dustin Hadley. Received excellent service from Dustin and several other people from Cullum & Maxey from finance, to parts, and service department. A very pleasant experience overall. As with any used RV there were some issues but were quickly taken care of buy Dustin and there excellent service department. We were giving a walk thru of the RV and shown all systems and how they work. Very satisfactory experience.

I just had the best experience buying a Forester from Ray Cox at Cullum and Maxey. I told Ray my budget and what I wanted (or thought I wanted) and he found me the best unit. It has everything I wanted, and the price was right in line. Ray stayed in contact with me all through the process and everything happened just as he promised! We just purchased a new Grand Design Imagine 2600RB. Our salesman, Dustin, called us on a Friday when it arrived and we drove to Nashville Saturday morning. Turned out we were the second couple to get there to see it. Fortunately that couple liked the 2500 that was setting in front of OUR CAMPER. We had a great experience dealing with Cullum & Maxey. Our salesman Dustin was AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable on RV's. No sales pressure here. Also William showed us everything we needed to know about our RV. We are very satisfied. Excited about going camping!
