Cullum Electric came out to look at my heat pump after my installer (who was not Cullum) could not fix the unit. In heat mode the temperature would only be 15 degrees warmer so that the air coming out of the registers never reached 90 degrees. Alex with Cullum came out and checked the unit. Adding freon the the unit solved the issue. Alex did note that the line set was longer than 50'. We appreciate dealing with folks that care and know their business.
Air conditioner stopped working (about noon today) with guests coming in tonight. Called Cullum at about 1 pm. Alex was at my door at 2 pm. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made repairs. He’s personable and professional. Repair cost is reasonable and may even be covered under warranty.
Good quality workmanship, the workers were professional and pleasant. I am very pleased with the installation of my new HVAC system.
Well after seeing first hand their complete and utter ineptitude, I wouldn't even consider letting them change a light bulb for me
Eric was able to troubleshoot some poor wiring practices we’ve lived with for many years. He’s welcome back any time to keep going through the other circuits! Thanks for sending him Wade!
