So I've been to both the dentist side and the Dr side. I'll come back here for dental work, but I'll go the ER before coming back to this guy. I was afraid bc of the reviews but wanted to judge for myself because that's who I am. Dude is rude. The comments are all true guys!!! If you want someone to make you feel belittled or less than human, come to this "COAL" GUY. Name fits him bc his heart is hard as a Rock.
My husband had a bad tooth that needed to be removed. He was extremely pleased with the doctor and how knowledgeable and kind she was. The x-rays and procedure was prompt as well. Thank you for taking such good care of him!
Doctor Cole Nursing staff isn't all that great. I came in for blood work but I didn't realize just how low I was on my blood medication. My next appointment was 2wks out and they will not renew it. Better hope nothing goes wrong. Not happy. Doctor Cole is great the nurses a different story.
Ms. Johnson is the "GOAT!" Her services has been greatly appreciated. And lastly, I can't forget Shalene Brown at the front desk. Her customer service skills are impeccable and she was very attentive!
