This was my survey response copy and pasted. I have NO faith that this survey response will be read by anyone who really wants to improve the following horrible business practices. The length of time it took to get our water right after paying $6300+ was ridiculous. The number of visits it took to get our water clear was EXCESSIVE!! The fact that we were promised return calls and no one called. People didn’t show up when they were supposed to. Business must be great and I guess new customers aren't needed. I tried to get water delivery service. Filled out the web form. Got a text: "someone will be following up.." No one did. So, I called the office and then left another message expressing interest in water delivery services. "Someone will contact you within 2 business days." Crickets. Tumbleweeds.. Insert your favorite dry-mouthed metaphor here. Really wanted to try the service but I guess sales couldn't get around to our 8 bottle/month delivery need. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
