"Great service".
I liked everything about this company. The ease of making the appointment and how friendly our service person was. The work was done to our satisfaction and was very affordable.
We have been customers for 18 years and have never had to contact customer service for anything other than changing our credit card info :) and the customer service was great! This company is reliable and consistent in their timely monthly delivery of our wonderful soft water :))
I put in a request on their website on 2/7 for an appointment on 2/15. No one ever confirmed the appointment and no one ever showed up. But I have the email receipt for my appointment request I guess they don't want the business.
