I definitely would not recommend buying a system from this Culligan dealer! They have no problem selling you a system and swear they will service it! But that has not been true for me! Having a error message on my system and when I called to have someone come fix it they told me to contact a dealer in a town two hours further away from me saying that was my closest dealer! RecommendedCulligan does a great job of taking care of our soft water needs. They call to remind us about salt deliveries, deliver the salt, help fill the tank if there is space, and provide maintenance and a yearly check up on our system through their preferred program. I also have automatic monthly payments taken out of my account so I don’t have to worry about paying my bill.

Please call me and set up a time to fix my water softener. It's been many months out of service, and the woman I've spoken to at corporate keeps assuring me that someone will be in touch. No calls from Culligan Jacksonville.
RecommendedI like the fact they change the filters at no extra cost yearly as well as bring the salt on an automatic schedule & put it in the container.
Had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed in October 2018 .. The reverse osmosis system has stopped operating properly. I call today to see what’s up and I have to have a technician come out at a cost of $115 and he can’t come out for a week Friday to Friday .. this system is not even paid for yet ?? Second issue with this WiFi button they talked me into getting ... this to me is insane not very good customer service ... oh And this is one of many issues we have had with this system ... live and learn !!!
