RecommendedI wanted to have a reverse osmosis drinking system at my kitchen sink. Bill Galyean came this morning and did some tests on my water, looked at my crawl space and under the kitchen sink and made recommendations on the system that fit my current needs. He was knowedgleable, easy to talk with and didn't mind answering my many questions. For any future needs, such as a full-house soft water system without use of salt, I will most certainly call Bill. RecommendedI recently had a great deal of issues with hydrogen sulfide from my well even with several filtrations. I spoke with Brad Kegarise and we got their Culligan HE Softner-Cleer Plus system. So far it’s been working well and can def tell a difference in the water and especially smells great. The installer Mike W. was very knowledgeable as he installed the system. So far no issues and the installation looks great. I highly recommend Culligan this far.

Probably the most unprofessional organization I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Culligan of South Windsor CT...headed by an empty suit by the name of Jim O'Hara. Had a Culligan water softener replaced Fall 2018. Installer error caused a flood in my finished lower level within 24 hours of the installation...completely destroying a fully renovated in-law apartment. RecommendedGlad we have Culligan water softener and reverse osmosis for drinking ...no more bottled water...and if there's a problem with the softener we just give them a call and there here to fix it ...we rent so it's all taken care of no extra money...and they change the filter every year ...very happy at our age no worries.
RecommendedI was having problems with my AC30 Reverse osmosis system. After installing a new membrane filter, It would produce water but soon after it would slow down to hardly any water coming out. Jason Powers came out and diagnosed the problem. It ended up being a clogged capillary tube. After replacing the capillary assembly, he replaced the membrane filter. He also adjusted the pressure tank to have the correct psi. We now we are having good consisent water production. Good Job Culligan and Jason!
