Janice Carlson May I had a minor problem and was told how to fix it but wasn’t able to. I called this morning and within a couple of hours someone came out and it was fixed. Repairman was very nice and helpful. The lady who answers the phone was so nice and friendly. I appreciated very much her help. We have had their system for 18 years.
I took a sample of our Well water to Culligan in Brenham to be tested. The staff is super friendly and willing to assist. The results were fine and was not pushed to install a water softener or anything. Great people to deal with.
We were referred to Perry Ratliff and we are very satisfied with our investment in the system he recommended. After my initial call to him, he was out within days to talk to us about different treatment options and to take water samples of our home in La Grange.
