Ask for more water after a week. Was told that they had a driver that would be here that day. He is never showed up! Called and told them to just pick the cooler and empty bottle up. It's been three days and haven't heard anything from them!

Just started using Culligan after years of another water delivery service. So far everything is great. Worked with Ashlyn to get our account started and got our first delivery with no issues. I got Culligan delivery for our office. After a week or so, I had to have it in my home. Less waste. The taste is incredible. The customer service is exceptional.. my rep. Kristen Johnson has been friendly, helpful and kind and easily reached. It's less expensive than bottled water and I don't have to worry about having a filter on hand when the 'pitcher' kind would need replacing. I am a customer for life
