I recently bought a home with a well that has a very high sulphur content. Culligan came out and installed two whole house sulphur filters due to the high readings. I have zero sulphur smell! My dealings were with Joann my sales lady, Corey the office manager and the 2 gentlemen that installed the filters. Everyone was honest, polite and professional. Absolutely terrible service. Culligan bought out the company which had previously provided my water delivery service, and instead of notifying me that ownership had changed, they dropped my autopay enrollment and started charging late fees.When I called to re-enroll in autopay, they said that they would set it up- and then flagged my account as inactive, and started billing me for late fees on a different account, which I did not create or even know existed.Zero stars.… See more
I've had Culligan for years & years. 3 years ago we decided to switch to a bottless water system which is amazing and I have never had an issue, they change the filters out annually that's that's the only maintenance. However an issue happened yesterday and within 10 minutes of a late night Sunday email I had already had two emails back a text and a phone call.
