Quick response to my report of a brine leak in a very old softener. Installed a new one promptly, exactly where I wanted it in a tight space.
Nice people and prompt servicing of equipment if there is trouble.
Like I said earlier, we don’t have to do anything and you guys take care of everything for us. We can tell when you’ve been here by the touch of our water, especially when we take a shower and we don’t hear anything from the technician unless our dogs bark. And you do give us a heads up so we can keep the dogs in. Very happy.
