Excellent installations. Excellent services
Culligan OC has zero desire to take accountability for their failures, likely why they only have a 90 day warranty on their installations. I called this morning to have them fix an issue with a plastic part they installed under my sink that was causing a leak. This part they added to my quarter turn valve should have been metal, but they were too cheap to pay for that initially I guess. Poor communication and unclear prices. I asked for a price on the Aqua fresh filters specifically for just the two I often change . The representative failed to confirm the item and instead provided quotes for unrelated items, creating a frustrating, unproductive experience. There was no transparent breakdown of costs that I required, and I was left with more questions than answers about regional pricing. Until these issues are addressed—accurate item quotes, clear pricing, and better listening—I cannot recommend this store.... read more
