My appointment was scheduled for July 29th, but all of sudden, Culligan contacted me on that day morning and cancelled the appointment because a technician is sick. This system was great for two years, but things got bad when we decided to move. One of the reasons was chose, and bought, Culligan was the option to take the system with us. Trying to schedule things from that point was like herding cats. I spoke to numerous people who all said different things and seemed very confused about how to move our system.
