Have called three times this week due to the Georgetown Utility System water outage and boil notice. Trying to get guidance for my water filtration system. Have not received a call back. When originally contracted in 2013, was told could get salt delivery for softener. When it didn't happen called back to be told it's not offered in my area. Culligan seems to be more focused on collecting money than service.

I’m delighted I got the water softener. It works well and keeps my showers and bath water clean and pure! My reverse osmosis system from Culligan gives me great confidence that the water I drink and cook with is free of contaminants. None of this would be as enjoyable if it weren’t for the great customer service Culligan Of Austin provides. They always step up to the plate no matter what it is I need. Bravo Culligan!
Excellent delivery team, friendly, efficient, caring, and give helpful suggestions. Sales team is very knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. Product has held up well, about 18 yrs, with one repair under warranty, relining tank and one on a valve/digital issue. Still functioning well after being at one home 12+ yrs, stored for 1 yr and 5 yrs at present home.
