Awful service ! We haven’t even gotten our water softener yet and the service has completely taken a nose dive . It is like once they have your money they no longer put in the effort to provide excellent service . Someone was supposed to be at our home this morning to install a loop and the water softener. No one is here . The offices are closed . I want our money back .
RecommendedFirst of all the softeners work. very well. Next the service is great from the Salesman, Doug to the service and salt delivery staff.
The Culligan delivery person was terrific, courteous and helpful. He checked the level of salt in the unit and instructed me on what level to fill it. He was also very professional and I appreciated that for sure.
