I called to ask about making an appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed. The person who answered was very short with me and acted as if I should already know how their scheduling process worked. He explained they don’t take appointments and that I would need to drop my car off until they could get to it, which was fine. When I asked when would be the best time to bring it in, he again seemed annoyed and said, “Whenever,” but that it might sit for a week or more because they were backed up. Put two new belts on..$422...labor was $315...Does that seem high??? A few years ago I came here and afterwards gave a great review for the service,price and integrity Now I"ll NEVER GO BACK...Something is going on here....
