Mike, Dalise, and the entire staff were such a pleasure to work with! The ease of the entire process made everything worth it! They stayed on top of everything and replied to all my questions and concerns in minutes!! The food was amazing and my night was spectacular �
The best caterer in Pensacola!! They just catered a 360 person event for Pensacola Beach Woman's Club and not a single detail was left out. Food delicious and staff was professional, courteous and fun. I use them whenever I need a caterer.

Our wedding planner recommended we use CPI for our catering needs in Pensacola. We live in Alabama and these guys made everything smooth and easy from afar. I'd say just about all of our guests loved the food. The servers were awesome and helpful in every aspect. I would highly recommend CPI and if I'm ever in need again, I will call Mike and Deona!
I have used this vendor on multiple occasions and each time we have had a great experience. The prices are fair, the response to change requests are very quick, the attention to detail is also very good, and the quality of food is good as well. They have unique menu items and make great suggestions when they know what type of event you are trying to do. I would suggest them in the future.
We celebrated our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary with a guest list of about 150. They are very easy to work with and very thorough. The food is delicious and all of our guests were impressed with the food. The wait staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for any event. Thank you Mike D. for such great service and food!
