I got to sample the shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles today and they were both delicious! I definitely recommend!
Mike and his team were so great to work with. After dealing with other caterers with pricing and other details, I was starting to get discouraged. After speaking with Mike, he was so willing to do whatever we needed to make our day perfect. Our food was so delicious and they even did a special meal for the kids that were in attendance. Food was the one thing that my husband and I wanted to stand out the most at our wedding and what a success that was! Not only was the food amazing but the staff at Culinary Productions is such a joy to work with. Super nice folks. Many of our guests said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. I highly recommend Culinary Productions for any catering needs!

Mike and Dalise worked some magic with our wedding. We decided to have a taco bar with some Mexican style appetizers and they hit it out of the park. I was so indecisive and Dalise and Mike accommodated every thought I had. They were on top of every email I sent. So organized and talented!

I can not even put into words how wonderful culinary productions were. From our very first tasting I’ve been just blown away with the amount of professionalism and kindness I’ve received. They have been so attentive to my every need. My wedding yesterday went off with out a flaw. The wait staff the bartender, everyone was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!! I’m seriously so grateful for them and everything they did. I recommend them so highly !! If I could give 10+ stars I would.
What an awesome experience! From the initial meeting that we had with Mike to food presented the day of the wedding. Everything was perfect. Mike and Dalise were so easy to work with! Mike listened to what we wanted, and gave us everything we requested and more! The food the was so delicious! Our guests could not stop raving about how wonderful and delicious everything tasted.
