Great customer service! Called late one evening thinking I would have to wait until the next day before anyone could come fix my AC. They sent someone out that evening.
We have used these guys for years and until yesterday I would have recommended them. We called for service and scheduled an appointment for Friday. The tech shows up and as I already knew we needed freon but guess what he doesn't have any. Really? So he tells me he might come back later that evening if not the next day but he would call first. NO SHOW. I get home from work Saturday and the house is warm. So Sunday my wife calls and the tell us we need a new evaporator coil. The tech never said that nor did he write it on the... read more
