Today was the hottest day of the year, so of course; the air conditioning quits. We called Cucco’s and we explained to ***** what we thought the issue might be. She told me she would call right back after she consulted with a technician and in a few minutes, she did. She explained that they may not be able to get out today (it was already 3:30) and if the bedroom would remain cool enough for the night. Called Cucco’s Air today, with the temperature in the high 90’s, after our unit went out. They responded very quickly and had our air conditioner up and running very fast. Anita in the office and the field technician are so professional and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new AC or repairs.
Doug was soooo nice!! PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Cucco’s has our business for life!! He was so quick to trouble shoot my moms AC and fix the issue!!
