Was asked randomly to move to unit with a large support in the middle of it. Was given reduction in rent, but only to be raised again two months later. Upon move out which was one day after billing cycle ended, owner refused to pro rate me one day. Facility also falling into disrepair, do not recommend. Happy to be out of there.

Lilly was very nice, she is very awesome and knowledgeable. I hope they recognize her commitment, professionalism and skills. She is an asset to the company. I would also like to acknowledge Brianne, for helping me out with billing, as there was an unexpected change that would have been very much difficult for me to address. She was very kind, knowledgeable and knew how to handle my situation. Thank you Brianne.
