I am so upset with this storage company in Harrisonburg, Virginia. It is new and has the worst planned number of truck movers parking area. Just hard to believe. The lot they are on is clearly too small for the most important-parking so you can load and unload. It is just mind boggling that they have only a couple areas parking spaces for a storage truck. We got there with the movers and another truck was parked across car parking spaces and unloading, just one truck. We were told to go to the back and move things by the ele... read more
Ivy was VERY helpful.
Been there about 3 months and they are already raising the monthly rent. That's not the way to keep satisfied customers. We'll be moving our stuff out shortly. Clean place though
