Ivy at the Harrisonburg Apple Valley location made opening an account, and choosing the right-sized locker, quick and painless. Also, the other Harrisonburg CubeSmart was careful to have me know which location was the better for me—appreciated the up-front honest customer service.
I had to clear out my garage and needed to rent a storage unit this week. I checked a storage place I previously rented from, but the available units looked dark, dingy, dirty, and had a damp smell. I then checked out CubeSmart and found it to be spotless clean, brightly lit, with indoor climate controlled units. I can tell that this is the best storage experience I've ever had.
