I highly recommend CubeSmart! A very well run company! The first agent I spoke to on the phone was very helpful answering all my questions and setup my reservation. The local agents in Harrisonburg were also very friendly and took me on a tour before I signed, answered more questions and even gave advice/help when they saw me using the cart to move some items in. The Harrisonburg location is just perfect... new, clean, and easy to access. We were extremely comfortable leaving our daughter's belongings for college over the summer. Renting was super easy to set up online, and my questions were always answered. Even though we forgot our key to the unit, Ivy was so helpful in getting us in. The climate control is also very important, as well as great lighting and wide hallways. Excellent facility!!
